Community Outreach
The Woodstock Art Gallery accepts community outreach requests for events hosted by non-profit groups, societies and registered charitable organizations.
These requests may include:
- In-kind contributions
- Door prizes
- Silent auction items/packages
- Sponsorships
- Advertising
- Information sessions
- Staff attendance
Although funds are limited, we strive to meet as many of these requests as possible.
To be considered, all community outreach requests must be submitted through our online form. Requests must be made at least three months in advance of your community event.
Submissions are considered of a first come, first served basis. Due to the volume of submissions and funds allocated, not all requests will be granted.
