Are you looking for a creative venue to host your meeting or event? Rent one of WAG's studio or gallery spaces!
The Printmaking Studio has plenty of natural light and a beautiful view of Museum Square, while the Education Studio provides the perfect intimate space for smaller groups.
Make a tentative booking to secure your chosen date(s) by submitting a rental application using our online form. Applications will not be accepted less than four weeks prior to the requested rental date.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation and the remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the rental date along with a copy of your insurance.

We accept payments via credit, debit, cash or cheque (payable to the City of Woodstock Art Gallery).
The Corporation of the City of Woodstock requires general liability insurance in the amount of $2 million for all facility rentals. Proof of insurance is required prior to the rental date.
Insurance can alternatively be purchased through the Woodstock Art Gallery. The cost of insurance will vary based on the type of the event. More information is available upon request.

Education Studio
If you wish to rent tables and chairs, our staff will set them up in your desired style (included in rental cost). A room configuration form will be provided for renters to draft their set-up.
Food and/or alcohol may be served during your rental.
To serve alcohol, a Special Occasion Permit (SOP) issued by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) is required. A copy of the SOP must be provided to the WAG no less than two weeks prior to your function.
Renters must comply with existing Ontario liquor laws and the Municipal Alcohol Policy for the City of Woodstock.
Contractors including caterers, bartenders and photographers are permitted during a rental. We have a list of preferred contractors available upon request.
Renters may request use of the kitchen space for their rental at no additional cost. No cooking is permitted in the kitchen — all food and drinks must be prepared ahead of time.
Renters can request use of our projector, TV and/or portable speaker for an additional $35 each.
Please note that our facility is not equipped with public Wi-Fi.
